Expedition Cargo is a socially-conscious business that imports cultural art, artifacts, textiles and other distinctive items for the private collector, home decorator and business. Expedition Cargo partners with international conservation non-government organizations (NGOs) to help support indigenous communities, providing economic resources to impoverished areas from the sale of handmade items. This is executed in a sustainable, culturally sensitive way that will not be detrimental to the ecosystem and is compatible with biodiversity conservation.
Expedition Cargo has many great collectibles that are not featured on our website. Some of these artifacts include: Sepik River Canoes, New Guinea House Totems, Dogon Doors, Bow and Arrows, War Shields from the Sepik River Area, and New Guinea Spears.
